For ministers

A leader-led leadership
Is surfacing life.
Catching a wave,
Cuts it like a knife.

It's moved by the wind
Of ideas and fads.
It brags with achievements
That weren't so bad.

No deep hesitations
But a quick anger burst
Of the leader-led leadership,
That's deserving the most.

It moves into action,
And the cost's set aside.
We're advancing the Kingdom
Together with pride.

The surfacing leadership
Will once go deep
In frustration of shallowness,
When results go steep.

Once ambitions and passions
Of our flesh will just drown
The leader-led leadership,
Casting all of its crowns.

Don't fall in temptations
To lead and to boast.
Your heart is so tender.
It won't get the cause.

Go deep into depth
Of the One who has made
The deepest of waters
And rages its waves.

Go deep into wilderness.
In His presence abide.
The servant-served stewardship
Will shine off your pride.
