I love you, my God...

I love you my God!
Is it so or not?
If so, why prayer
Is rarely brought?

Why my heart's yearnings
Are not always for You?
Why is "my precious"
$omething else in the queue?

What is true love
And how does it look?
How my love
Can grow bigger for You?

My brain quotes wisdom,
Being filled with the Word.
My flesh speaks rebellion,
Stirred up by the world.

What is THE TRUE love?
What is it and how?
Change the way that I feel,
I think and I bow...
Bow down before You,
Pray prayers to You,
And seeking the Glory
Not for me, but for You.

Teach me loving You strongly,
Teach me following You.
Not impressing activity,
But the fire with Your fuel.

Your are my gas,
And I am Your tank.
No meaning in trying
Go empty and blank.

No meaning, no goal,
But You turned it all.
And now my thoughts
And my longings - for You,
However imperfect,
From my heart. It'll do :)

Thank You for grace!
I'm accepted by You!
What a glorious fact!
What a wonderful truth!

Thank you, Jesus, my Saviour!
Thank you, Jesus, my friend!
